Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : a Monitoring HP Service Center for tickets, resolving and working with requestors to close the tickets b Work directly with client and all middleware stakeholders to resolve issues c Monitoring the Taulia POD and raising alerts in case of any data mismatch d Knowledge on IR360 and monitoring the same to verify file flows

Technical Experience : a Candidate should have 4 years of experience on working with MQ/MB and IIB IBM Integration Bus b Should have experience working in a support model, work with all middleware stakeholders and handle client calls/urgent issues c Should understand the architecture of MQ/IIB components and the different types of flows d Should have knowledge on SAP PI/PO and have experience with handling tickets related to the same e Knowledge on Tools: IIB, MQ, MB, Reflections, IR360, Taulia, HPSC, SAP PI/PO

Professional Attributes : a Must be technically sound on MQ/MB/IIB b Must be able to handle client calls confidently this is a direct client facing role c Must be process and results-oriented
