Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : A: Able to work with business analyst and the client to identify their requirement, design enhancements, and functionality to help meet user requirement B: Able to provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas C: Organize and facilitate problem solving discussions with client D: Perform configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality responsible for config reviews E: Good knowledge in functional integration owner for multiple process area

Technical Experience : A: Should have SAP HCM Experience with 6 to 8 years in UK and US with Payroll and Time Knowledge B: SAP payroll Configuration for Gross payroll and net payroll, tax reporter configuration, Experience in Time module C: Experience with yearend activities and support pack implementations and extensive knowledge in compliance reporting D: Experience in HMRC legal reporting UK and BSI interfaces US E: Experience in third party integrations and Interfaces, Good knowledge in PA, OM, and master data

Professional Attributes : A:Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations B:Should have Strong logical and analytical abilities along with problem solving skills C:Must have Good verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full-time -education

Additional Information : Should be flexible to work in shifts if needed
