Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1:The candidate will be responsible for general system and server administration including File Servers, Citrix Servers, SQL Servers, and Application Servers on the Microsoft Operating System 2:The candidate will respond to all monitoring alerts and tickets The candidate will follow scripts and write scripts to perform basic IT tasks

Technical Experience : 1: Microsoft Windows Server experience – 4 years 2: Azure Operations/migrations experience – 2 year 3: Helpdesk experience – 1 year

Professional Attributes : 1:Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication Individual must demonstrate a high level of business acumen 2: Ability to get along well with diverse personalities Able to work in 247 shifts

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
