Project Role Description :Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : For Insurance Life and PC projects: – Eliciting business requirements from client – Work with project leads to capture scope and vision – Gather requirements via workshops, storyboards, use cases, etc – Document functional requirements, create test scnearios and test cases – Understand business needs based prioritization of requirements – Analyzes requirements for completeness, consistency and validates – Liases with technical team for implementation of requirements – Supports during all phases

Technical Experience : Knowledge of SQL, latest developments in technology Exposure and ability to have keen insights into technical issues

Professional Attributes : – Working in team with other business/system analysts – Excellent communication skills – Strong foundation experience of requirements process understanding

Educational Qualification : Post Graduate with 5 years of experience in related field

Additional Information : Helping PC and Life insurers transform through innovative business and operating models for customer
