Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : a: Own functional specification and overall design, guide team accordingly b: Mentor team in agile practices c: Involved in technical design and requirement analysis d: Undertake feasibility exercises and PoCs e: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, The Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo/ Review and Sprint Retrospective f: Mediate the general conflict of goals between the development team and product owner g: Actively track the progress of Sprint on a daily basis

Technical Experience : a: Must have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory Adjust based on necessity b: Must have design and development experience – C/C/Java preferably Unix/Linux c: Must have hands-on experience in implementing Agile delivery process in projects and helping project to transform to the same
