Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Data-Tech-AI Consulting Partner 

Your responsibilities in this role include identifying transformation opportunities within large Healthcare organizations and driving that transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies. 

 

Responsibilities 

Relationship Management

Establish strong relationships in key & prospective accounts to knowledgably provide strategic recommendations that align with client goals and enable the overall success of their business 
Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level

Transformation Design

Recommend a transformation vision including process, products, and data, that enable clients to achieve their goals 

Build and enable a vision for clients through strategic roadmaps including the creation and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts
Translate recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and customer roadmap 

Team Leadership

Builds meaningful relationships and community within the team 
Dedicates time to upskill and mentor teams to ensure high quality client experience and deliverables
Responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of entire team including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance.
Provides leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring and development of staff 

Consults with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues 

Growth Mindset

Responsible driving growth within a global portfolio of >$30M through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships; identify/close/deliver consulting opportunities as well as larger transformation opportunities including managed services
Constantly build and maintain subject matter expertise 
Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement 
Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated and scaled 

Thought Leadership

Bring strong advisory experience to elevate points of view, offerings, and outcomes specific and relevant for clients  
Keep teams and services apprised of relevant trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and accelerate our growth 
Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing industry relevant white papers 

 

 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum qualifications 

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, analytics, engineering, or data management 

Experience

Effectively influencing C-level external and/or internal stakeholders
Designing creative, mutually beneficial outcome-based commercial models
Leading cross-functional teams to success
Driving transformation for large organizations

Soft Skills

Ability to thrive in ambiguity  
Problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – verbal and written 
Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually 
Ability to work effectively in team environments 
Able to create & maintain relationship easily 

Technical Skills

Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains 

Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within industry 
Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage 
Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques 
Knowledge of project planning techniques 

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word 

Preferred qualifications  

Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management Experience with MIRO, MS Visio, and various project management applications 
Well-connected in the market to generate new leaders for the business 
Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black belt)
