Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – HMS Sales Operations

In this role, you will help Genpact accelerate its journey in driving Growth in SAS and social media organizations. Your job is global operations leader for sales and commercial business. The focus would be to build leading class Global Sales COE, and to recognized as growth partner to the Hitech industry. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in leading global sales operations and inside sales engine. With excellent communication skills, an executive presence to face off with Commercial and Sales Heads s and their leadership, and a good understanding of the CSO/CMO’s changing needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and location strategy, building global sales operations. Develop frameworks to identify the right talent for sales and sales leadership, Identify a global location and hiring strategy for each market.

• To create leading class inside sales COE driving sales team effectiveness

• Lead the development of long-term relationships with new and existing clients through careful planning, strategizing, and value creation • Creation of sales common best practices and help build operational excellence and execution of sales academy fundamentals • Create a strong sales culture. High focus on targets and quotas, performance, increments, bonuses incentives tied to hitting target • Incentives, spiffs, spot bonuses all to be a part of the sales strategy

• Bring thought leadership and industry-leading practices to client discussions and developing winning solutions

• Achieve assigned growth targets and improvement in customer NPS

• To build and implement Common Minimum Practices, Data Factory, and Playbooks to establish sales culture

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree

• Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment, panning different time zones

• Global experience/approach

• Outstanding communication skills

• Ability to influence C-level clients Preferred qualifications

• Experience leading global sales operations

• Leader with deep inside sales experience and understanding of Hitech industry

• Understanding of data tech platforms to improve pipeline and conversion

• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
