We are looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Subject Market Expert (Lead) to handle marketing, merchandising, and process optimization for our Digital Shared Services Marketing team. This individual should enjoy a fast-paced environment where they can affect the customer experience and be an instrumental part of expanding our foot print into multiple digital teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Sr. Subject Matter Experts for a team, approximate size ~15-18 which builds marketing campaigns and supports quality check of campaigns across different languages.
• Co- owner of program specific goals around SLA, quality and productivity & collaborate with Manager
• Manage stakeholder communication & requirements. Ensure that business processes are well documented and continuously updated.
• Work with product and technical teams to build and improve the tools and technology to support the process.
• Define, measure and present operating metrics to Management.
• Support people performance and career growth.
• Responsible for identifying customer impacting issues, finding and implementing solutions.
• Responsible for escalating issues on a need basis such as spike in volumes vs. forecast etc.
• Support in hiring and grooming talent pipeline within the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate (any stream) with 6+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in leading a Process.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding high service delivery standards.
Demonstrated experience in driving process excellence and productivity improvement.
Experience in owning and building processes with limited guidance.
Proficient in conducting deep dives to identify blockers and develop solutions independently.
Focusing on continuous process improvement globally, reducing SLAs, and driving these initiatives independently.
Experience working with Team manager, program managers and business teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Proficient in using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex software-driven environment.
Self-starter with team collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
Posses problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Equipped with interpersonal skills for managing relationships with software and inter-operations teams.
Working knowledge of XML standards, SQL, and basic automation tools such as Python/Selenium is an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in the publishing/B2B & B2C marketing industry is a plus.
Familiarity with QuickSight, Adobe, Sprinklr, Marketo, and Photoshop is highly advantageous.
