As a recognized and experienced expert in this fast-growing business, you will take the responsibility of leading a team of highly motivated account managers and deliver on the business and org objectives. You will co-own the revenue responsibility with the sales team by 1. Cocreating narratives that help achieve advertiser objectives (stated and unstated) 2. Driving high levels of ownership with the team to deliver value to the advertiser by achieving effectiveness and efficiencies in media planning and execution. 3. Building a strong team of experts who bring predictability to the business while also working on building strong narratives that can unlock new revenue streams. You will also be expected to influence senior stake holders (internal and external) to unblock and with the intent of teaching something new to the customer.
