The opportunity

We are looking for C And E – Sr Coordinator, who will be responsible for performing activities related to project coordination. As part of the team, you will provide consistent, high-quality project coordination and other support to key stakeholders across verticals / business segments.

 

Your key responsibilities

Project management, tracking, analysis and archiving of communications (60%)
Coordinate activities, like Data cleansing, and maintain the team’s project tracker, create/update presentations and draft minutes of the meeting.
Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with the Quality Network, US BMC, Region Assurance Operations and other teams or communication leads to track and archive communications in alignment with communication plans or stakeholder requirements.
Coordinate project meetings and produce and distribute meeting materials, including meeting agendas, project/communication plans and project status updates.
Coordinate project execution, including documenting and communicating project activities and deadlines, tracking the status of project activities, and ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Monitor risk log, governance model and report project status updates to project owner timely
Assemble and review the accuracy of communication lists to be submitted to regulators and the EY General Council Office

Communications BAU coordination (30%)

Create and maintain lists in OneAccess and Excel
Format email communications and documents for internal distribution
Manage documents on internal SharePoint sites, including light design, management of permissions and loading videos into STREAM
Submit and manage documents through SCORE

Reporting (10%)

Analyse data and drive meaningful insights
Create and maintain data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
Work directly with BMC and Operations team managers and users to provide status updates and build relationships

To qualify for the role, you must have

Overall – 5 to 9 years of experience
Graduate – Bachelor’s degree
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.
Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables.
Should support US time zone

Ideally, you’ll also have

Practical experience of working in MS Excel and word
Knowledge in Project Management concepts would be an added advantage.
