SAT – EYP – STRATEGY :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Join our esteemed EY-Parthenon financial services team and lead the way in strategic growth and operational excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Vice President / Manager to help us navigate the complexities of the financial landscape and drive success.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include CFA, CPA, PMP, or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and familiarity with industry-specific tools.

Experience

Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex projects.
Track Record: A solid history of delivering business growth, strategic execution, and operational improvements.
