Job Summary:

L&D VTH is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related supportservices including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross BorderTravel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms.

 

L&D VTH supports Europe West (EW) acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. It is fully integrated with onshore colleagues,participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model andinitiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by CAT and DAT teams.

 

This role is responsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum for EY France working alongside the SeniorDeployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on coursefeedback.Applications Used: SuccessFactors (Learning Management System), Service-Now

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors
Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and eventmanagement including:
Monitoring of participant nominations working alongside DAT
Management of learner cancellations, no shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations
Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators
Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and maintain content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program or course including joininginstructions (if required), learner, facilitator information
Build and maintain close working relationships with EY France learning team
Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects
Access reports on Learning course L1 – L3 evaluation feedback
Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function
Ensure CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Understanding of EY and EY Talent
Stakeholder management / business consulting
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation atall levels
Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can-do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
Drive and deliver quality services and products to Talent
Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office 365 suite – Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc
Proactive problem solver with solutions mindset
Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation

 

Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
Working in international and diverse environments
