The opportunity
GDS which has presence in seven countries with 40,000+ Headcount, is rapidly growing. GDS operations is partnering with business in this journey of growth. Amidst growth, there is need to keep evolving for the management and integration of GDS Operations team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to perform the functions of project and program management in a manner that demonstrates leadership in the reengineering of processes, implementing technology and strategy, and improving organizational change management
Candidate should be able to work independently and lead the design and implementation of D365 financials and operations solutions, including supply chain, manufacturing, and financials.
Candidate should be able to manage a team of functional and technical consultants and ensuring that they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary for them to be successful in their projects is an essential skill in order to ensure that the project has a successful outcome.
Candidate should be able to build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their business processes and requirements as well as providing guidance on best practices and industry standards to help them reach their goals.
Candidate should be able to guide by providing solution to clients with expert-level functional and technical support during the entire implementation process to ensure a successful implementation.
Having the capability to work collaboratively with other teams, such as the development and testing teams, in order to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and that the client is satisfied with the outcome.
Candidates must understand the latest MS developments and releases in D365 F&O and be able to provide guidance on how to leverage these features and functionality.
Candidate should manage project risks and develop risk management plans as part of risk management.
Candidate should manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and profitability.
Skills and Attributes For Success
Experience on D365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
Understanding and working experience on financial modules like in R2R, P2P, O2C, E2I and H2R.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including its architecture, functionality, and customization capabilities.
Experience with implementation, configuration, and customization of Dynamics F&O, including the use of tools such as Visual Studio and Dynamics Lifecycle Services.
Knowledge of various business processes, such as financials, supply chain, and manufacturing, and how they can be supported by Dynamics F&O.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and map them to Dynamics F&O functionality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations, such as accounting standards and compliance.
Strong understanding of integration with other systems, including Power Platform, Azure services, and other third-party systems.
Strong understanding of security and data governance.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong understanding of Cloud deployment options, Azure DevOps and other related technologies.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or Finance/Finance.
A minimum of 16-20 years of experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems.
Professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Financials, or Manufacturing, would be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, supply chain management, and manufacturing operations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development, customization, and integration tools, such as Visual Studio, Power Platform, Azure services.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile development environments.
Experience with Cloud deployment options, Azure DevOps and other related technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 F&O functionality.

Experience with Power Platform and other related technologies, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, which can be used to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O and improve the user experience.
Experience with Azure services, such as Azure DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory, which can be used to integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems and automate business processes.
Strong understanding of data migration and data integration techniques, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation, which are critical for successful Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead project teams, mentor junior team members, and manage project timelines and budgets.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with a positive attitude and high level of motivation.
Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and practices, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps, which help to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
