SaT-Operations-Senior (Executive Assistant)
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (“EA”) to support senior stakeholders. At EY, EAs are an essential part of the team and are expected to grow throughout their careers, building and improving their skills to match the evolving need of EY. Taking full responsibility for maintain stakeholder’s demanding schedules our EAs are expected to act with initiative and pro-activeness and handle confidential information with utmost discretion. The goal is to leverage stakeholder’s time and to enable him/her for other value-added functional activities. This position is also expected to work as a team with other EAs. We expect the responsibilities of this role to be relatively fluid in order to meet the needs of our growing and changing team.
Your key responsibilities
Calendar Management: We expect the EA to actively manage the calendar matters for their assigned stakeholders with an overall understanding of business priorities to offer alternatives, trade-offs and consideration of the most efficient use of the stakeholder’s time.
Scheduling Meetings: With minimum instruction, proactively follows up on emails when copied, and determine the most appropriate next steps related to scheduling more complex meetings, either in person, calls or via VC solutions, that require participation from multiple stakeholders who often sit in multiple geographic locations.
Travel Management: The EA will organize travel arrangements for all trips; anticipating and coordinating point to point travel and logistics needs, including but not limited to Tickets, hotel, transportation, passport and Visa processing.
Expense Management: Filing of expenses in time related to travel or any other official expense made by the stakeholder
Event Management: We expect the EA to support in organizing internal events
Visitor Management: We expect EA to support senior leadership visits in office. It includes but not limited to logistics, agenda. Taking full responsibility of managing visit with end-to-end coordination.
Ops Support: EA will be handing some additional operations responsibilities which will be assigned time to time.

Flexible- must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment; doesn’t get frustrated by priorities changing; open to feedback

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, strongly preferred
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives
Strong command of Microsoft office especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
