Job Summary & Essential Functions of the Job

We are currently in search of an experienced PowerApps Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and offer technological solutions utilising the Power Platform.

Develop and maintain PowerApps applications in alignment with business requirements, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Power BI to create a seamless workflow.
Construct robust Power Automate flows to streamline and automate complex business processes.
Collaborate with various backend data sources, including SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dataverse, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards that provide insightful analytics and support data-driven decision-making.
Create attractive and user-friendly interfaces for applications and dashboards, enhancing user engagement and experience.
Conduct thorough and detailed data analysis to guarantee strict adherence to data quality & regulatory requirements.
Set and manage client expectations, providing proactive communication and regular status updates; prioritize deliverables in consultation with clients/requestors.
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and establish rules for organization; prepare and present visualization dashboards using Power BI to communicate findings.
Adhere to general work requirements and perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

More than 5 years of working knowledge in Power BI Visualization tool.
Expert level knowledge in Power Apps and Power Automate
ExperienWorking knowledge in MS Excel Macros and will be added advantage
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Desired Skillset:

Proven experience in PowerApps development and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform
Ability to reverse-engineer existing Apps and Dashboards to determine business logic.
Experience with integrating PowerApps with SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.
Experienced in designing user-friendly UI/UX for apps and dashboards.
Good knowledge of SharePoint based data sources.
