Job Description

The opportunity : Europe West (EW) Consulting (CNS) Talent Learning Leader

 

The role entails a dynamic and multifaceted approach to driving the Europe West (EW) Consulting (CNS) Learning agenda, with a focus on supporting the execution and adaptation of the Global Learning Curriculum to meet regional needs.

 

The individual will provide operational support for core learning processes, including managing nominations for EW Consulting training events and support budget planning. They will play a critical role in the execution of EW training events, from facilitating the search and briefing of facilitators to

contributing to agenda design, content creation, and the production of promotional materials. This role also involves project management tasks such as task tracking and enhancing the overall learning experience.

 

Key responsibilities

Drive EW Consulting Learning Agenda: Support EW CNS Learning Lead with the execution of EW Learning Priorities including the adaption of and deployment of Global Learning Curriculum.
Operational Support for Core Learning Processes: Assist the EW CNS Learning Lead in managing core Learning processes like the nomination processes for various EW Consulting training events or budget planning processes.
Execution of EW training events: Support the development of EW Learning events (including Facilitator search and briefing, support of agenda design and content, creation of promotion materials or comms, bring in ideas to increase the Learning experience, as well as PMO work like task tracking)
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as trusted advisor to the EW LearningLeader and Senior Business stakeholders. Engage with EW Country stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the learning programs are aligned with the needs of the business and contribute to the professional growth of the employees.
Preparation and Follow-up for Stakeholder Meetings: Provide thorough support in preparing for stakeholder meetings and Steering Committee calls, including agenda setting, documentation, and post-meeting action item tracking.
Training Measures Analysis: Collaborate in the evaluation and analysis of EW training initiatives to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support the continuous development of learning strategies.

 

To qualify for this role, you should have

Experience in Talent activities within EY ideally in Learning & Development or Talent Consulting
Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal client relationships across business and teams in a highly matrixed organization
Demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and influencing skills with senior/executive level stakeholders
Flexibility and adaptability in terms of dealing with evolving outcomes, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders
Learning & development and business acumen (financial management, forecasting and strategy development)
