The opportunity
The Senior Manager in the Talent Function is a strategic leader responsible for designing and implementing innovative talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s business objectives and the ability to align talent initiatives with these goals. The Senior Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture that supports the company’s growth and success. The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing advanced analytics on people metrics, steering HR’s role in organizational changes, and implementing change management strategies. This role will support RFP processes, develop action plans from PPS and employee feedback, and coach leaders on people matters. The ideal candidate will empower managers, drive inclusive practices, champion well-being, and lead talent assessment and succession planning.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborative Engagement with Stakeholders
Provide advanced analytics of people metrics to leaders to inform strategic decisions and understand business needs.
Lead HR’s role in organizational changes, such as mergers or restructurings, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational development and employee adoption of new initiatives.
Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by providing HR insights and expertise.
Employee advocacy & engagement
Develop and monitor action plans derived from People Pulse Surveys (PPS) and employee feedback to enhance engagement and performance.
Coach leaders and directors/partners on people matters to strengthen leadership capabilities.
Empower people managers to boost engagement and well-being within their teams.
Drive inclusive practices, ensuring fair representation and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Champion the well-being cause, promoting a culture of health and work-life balance.
Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) as per the ECHO Framework to gather insights and address employee concerns.
Talent Management
Perform talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and support robust succession planning.
Guide teams in addressing underperformance and developing strategies to improve results.
Design and implement effective talent retention programs tailored to organizational needs.
Support the integration of new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and quick acclimation to the company culture.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
Drive timely closure of HR processes for a set of Market Segment Leaders (MSLs) or competencies, overseeing 2000-3000 employees.
Lead quality audits within the HR function and take corrective action as necessary to maintain high standards.
Resolve complex workplace disputes, providing mediation and conflict resolution expertise.
Guide teams on adhering to compliance requirements, ensuring legal and ethical HR practices.
Design and drive strategic imperatives that align with the company’s vision and goals.
Lead process efficiencies and automation projects to enhance HR operations.
Initiatives
Drive team engagement, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Lead location-wide initiatives, representing the HR function and contributing to cross-departmental projects.
Develop coaching capabilities within the HR team, enhancing the overall skill set and effectiveness of HR professionals.

To qualify for the role you must have
Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 14 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
