Position Summary
Lead the FSRM team at GDS covering Market Risk, Credit Risk and other functions like Liquidity and CSTC Constant change in the FSRM service offering portfolio requires a leader with right level of technical knowledge to pro-actively re-tool / train the resources to stay relevant to the new solution offerings to external clients.
Essential Functions of the job:
The FSRM leader will lead a team of 250 professionals. These professionals specialize in providing our banking clients with Consulting services to comply with risk and regulatoryrequirements. These are specialized competencies that are high in complexity and are categorized under premium consulting services.
In addition to all attributes of leadership responsibilities, key elements of the role include;
Working with the area and regional FSRM leaders to plan GDS penetration in relevant solutions in these geographies.
Embedding GDS into the respective area FSRM’s recruiting plan / L&D / initiatives / staffing / project delivery processes.
Will be called upon to support GDS-wide initiatives in a sponsor or other leadership role. The aim being to enhance their exposure and impact across GDS.
Oversee GDS service delivery across locations.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
The FSRM leader is expected to develop innovative solution to enabled substantial lift in efficiencies in financial modelling process through the use of analytics & technology.
Education & Experience:
Relevant professional qualifications such as B.E/B.Tech(Electronics, Electronics &Telecommunications, Comp.Science)/MBA.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
FSRM Sub-Service Line Leader should possesses deep relevant solution knowledge and is able to manage delivery of large and complex engagements.
Quantitative Consulting Services is one of the key service offering in FSRM and the leader is expected to have hands on experience in the areas of market, credit, liquidity and model risk management and academic education in financial engineering.
In addition to providing strong technical leadership, the leaders should be able to utilize his industry network in global banking industry to win engagements for EY.
