Role:
Technical support in deployments and promotions of micro services from UAT to PROD
• Identification of root causes of reported incidents in Micro services from UAT to PROD
• Solution to incidents that are not related to changes in micro service code from UAT to PROD
• Identification of root causes and resolution of incidents reported in API Gateway from SIT to PROD
• Identification of root causes and resolution of incidents reported in PSG from DEV to PROD
Basic-Technical English
Hybrid in Mexico City (2-3 days per week in the office)
