– Experience in hosting applications, monitoring the Kubernetes clusters, scaling them, performing DR (Disaster recovery) etc.
– Should have experience in Configuring, monitoring, debugging, fixing & scaling the hosted applications.

Must have skills:
Expertise in the below skills:

1. Kubernetes – Configuration(Yaml, kubectl), debugging (query, logs), networking (ingres, svc), addons (auth*, sa, nodes), Argo CD / Jenkins
2. RestAPI, Event driven apps
3. Cloud native programming – Python or Go or microservice programming

Atleast basic knowledge on any of the mentioned skills under each category.

1. Storage (Usage & advanced usage) – Postgres, MongoDB, Kafka, es, S3
2. Observability – Otel (open telemetry) -> Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
