10+ Experience in Messaging and Collaboration Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange On Premise, Office 365, Domino, Lync / Skype for Business / Teams)
Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.
Initiate and design visually engaging and creative PPTs elaborating Cloud product to showcase to prospective partners, clients, and end customers.
Presenting sales & technical pitches for offerings to the CIOs/CXOs of prospective clients.
Handling all Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.
Strong Technical knowledge on Messaging, Collaboration and Cloud Technologies to Architect, Planning, Implementing, and Support.
Creating winning proposals- Respond to RFP- s, RFQ’s and proactive bids while working closely with all teams to develop the win strategy, competitor evaluation and creating differentiated value propositions
Knowledge & Content Management: Prepare collaterals – brochures, fliers, case-studies, presentations and reusable content for solution walkthroughs and sales pitches.
Capability demonstrations: Manage client visits by coordinating with various teams and create a strong brand image. Create collaterals and decks for client presentations
Due-diligence: Participate in due-diligence and transition analysis activities to validate solution and make changes as required and work through BAFO and contract negotiation till closure
Thought Leadership: Work proactively in understanding the changes in the industry and changing value propositions and create PoV, whitepapers and articles working with SMEs
Co-ordinate with Finance, pricing team, Legal, Service Delivery, Transition and Technology teams for content development on pricing, transition plan, tools and technology proposals and effort estimates
