As a digital practitioner sales, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital transformation solutions across the capital market and insurance industries. You will work closely with our clients and partners to understand their business needs and challenges and propose innovative and effective solutions that leverage our cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You will also collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and partners.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities for our digital transformation solutions in the capital market and insurance industries
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the client and partner organizations.
Present and demonstrate our value proposition and solution capabilities to various stakeholders
Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients and partners
Provide feedback and insights to our product and delivery teams to enhance our solution offerings and delivery processes
Stay updated on the latest market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the capital market and insurance industries
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the digital transformation domain, preferably in the areas of cloud, data, AI, or IoT, with a focus on capital market and insurance industries
Strong knowledge of the digital transformation market, industry verticals, and customer segments in the capital market and insurance industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
