Data Analytics and AI (DAAI) is a Global Service Line (SL) within Wipro Enterprise Futuring (WEF) Global Business Line (GBL). The objective of this Service line is to help client organisations transform to an “Intelligent Enterprise” – A Digital ++ enterprise, that infuses trust worthy AI into the Business Processes, supported by actionable insights, powered by curated data. D&A team is dedicated to this vision by working across 3 pillars i.e. Business process transformation, Data transformation and Insights transformation. We do so by leveraging industry-wide experience, deep technology expertise and a comprehensive portfolio of services combined with an agile and flexible engagement model. We are on a lookout of a Sales Specialist who can be the part of DAAI family and can help our Nordics clients in shaping the right vision, strategy and execution model of their Data, Analytics & AI products, services, processes and propositions to their internal and external clientele. In doing so grow Wipro business in a profitable manner
Guide customers on their Data Analytics & AI adoption journey with a focus on keeping existing Data and Analytics investments relevant.
Build relationships with CXO, CXO-1, CXO-2 client stakeholders
Build a personal brand and be perceived as a thought leader by customer stakeholders.
Understand, analyse and recommend futuristic data and analytics roadmap
Identification of grey areas in client’s strategy and marry it with industry trends and Wipro’s capabilities to position / land right proposition in front of the client stakeholders
Work with the Account teams, Pre-sales, Consulting, Solutions, Delivery teams to identify and create the GTM around new propositions while developing and evangelizing these value propositions to existing and new stakeholders within the account.
Responsible for building proposals, presentations for his / her own pursuits
Responsible for articulation, presenting and developing propositions along with senior customer stakeholders.
Responsible for identifying and nurturing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to build business
Have a partner focus. Identify, align and nurture relationship with the Data & AI partner ecosystem to drive joint campaigns, marketing activities, propositions, proposals and create a win-win scenario for Wipro, partner and client.
Have a focus on working with the delivery teams to identify avenues of growth from the existing running programs and empower delivery teams to open their horizon leading to ultimate growth of the data/analytics portfolio for the account
Have a sharpe focus on the growth KPIs – Order booking, Revenue, Net billable headcount and Operating margin
Sales Experience: $5-$15M revenue in Data and AI selling, Account Planning, Solution Selling
Compensation will be mix of base and incentive results pay (to be paid out quarterly).
Significant proven large deal experience, including winning and transitioning the deal to delivery.
Ideally has 15+ years of relevant business experience gained within a large Consulting or SI organization as either a consultant and/or sales professional, with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Client orientated possessing a strong commercial and business acumen
Go-getter attitude to deliver results. Outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, flexible, results oriented, interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to structure and facilitate workshops and develop business cases for large deals
Responsible to position himself / herself as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ for the clients and internally within Wipro
Ability to envision and design new-age solutions including but not limited to white boarding, architecture, functional building blocks of architecture.
Understanding & experience of working in a dynamic environment with multiple vendors that enables to provide the right set of solutions to client. Ability to stitch a solution taking in best of breed from within & outside the offerings of an organization.
Consultative, team worker, ability to assess competition, solution selling, partner management
Self-motivated, resilient, tenacious
Well verse with advance concepts of cloud data platform – Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica. Understanding of different data, analytics and AI workloads on cloud.
Working experience on operational analytics using SAP BW, BO, Qlik, Tableau etc.
Knowledge of self-service analytical tools. Understanding and knowledge of new age analytical / visualisation platforms such as ThoughtSpot and Incorta etc.
Strong experience on Master data management, Data migration, Virtualisation technologies
Knowledge and know-how of Big data management, Real-time integration, Product Information Management, Data modelling/architecture
Knowledge and understanding of AI ecosystem’s solutions and platforms (Generative AI, knowledge mining, chat assistants, feature store and graph databases etc.)
Know-how of L2, L3 level business sub-processes on supply chain, procurement and sales
Ability to access business processes and identify ways of improving efficiency by means of infusing Automation and AI.
Experience working on sectors – Manufacturing, Consumer, Banking, Energy and Utility.
