Assist with Book closure, sub-ledgers,
Financial management, planning and analysis
Assess risk associated with various processes
Ensure integrity of financial statements,
Safeguarding of interests of stakeholders
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Working knowledge of Banking industry practices
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong F&A knowledge
Strong communication,
Advanced excel Knowledge
Working knowledge of Banking industry
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US Regulatory requirments (SEC, OCC, FED etc)
Strong knowledge of Period end and book closure.
Financial Management, analysis and reporting
Query resolution, escalation management, guidance to team,
ERP exposure & good excel knowledge
People management experience
Client stakeholder maangement skill
Good to have:
Experience & exposure to various banking industry practices,
Finance and accounting – maintenance and book closure
General Ledger accounting.
