As part of this project, your role as Quality Assurance Analyst will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Job requirements:
Monitoring of transactions quality and reporting on quality performance;
Providing total support on all audit/compliance activities;
Managing customer relationship and all related requests;
Managing the backlog;
Addressing all written or verbal requests received from the customer;
Proposing and implementing process improvements based on effectiveness reviewing;
Carrying out research and analysis to discover fundamentals of current performances;
Ensuring the internal/external targets are met and the team shows continual improvement over months;
Identifying errors within transactions and issues through root cause analysis to ensure errors are not repeated;
Issuing corrective and preventive actions plans for all quality incidents (complaints) identified by the customer and updating corresponding tool with the appropriate actions;
Contributing to reaching the defined process parameters & business fundamentals such as Key Performance Indicators, Customer’s inventory levels, etc.
Skills (Must Have)
Advanced level of English;
Good verbal & written communication skills;
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
Basic domain knowledge of finance and supply chain;
Good Customer relationship capacity;
Good knowledge of SAP;
Data analytics and data processing know-how.
