Requirements:
Advanced level of English is mandatory and German language skills is nice to have;
Basic domain knowledge (financial supply chain and logistics);
Independent MS Office user (especially Excel);
Customer service oriented;
Previous work experience, preferably in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, Supply chain, Order Management or Customer relations management is an advantage;
Experience in International trading, Fiscal policies, Tax structure is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, generate, dispatch accurate and timely invoices for clients based on agreed-upon terms and pricing;
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments;
Customer master data;
Accurately apply incoming payments to corresponding customer accounts using the designated cash application system;
Ensure that payments are properly allocated to outstanding invoices and credits, reducing unapplied cash balances;
Customer and bank statements reconciliation;
Investigate and resolve variances in a timely manner;
Process customer refunds or adjustments as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed;
Prepare reports as per the client and business needs, including but not limited to forecast, outstanding balances, etc;
Maintain updated SOPs.
