Job Summary – Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Architect to manage and oversee our organization’s security architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to design and implement robust security solutions. Responsible for the design, architect and risk assessment of a broad range of Cyber security technologies in On-Prem, Cloud and Hybrid environment. Should have minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in handling various security solutions covering Identity and access management, Network Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, Application security & Endpoint security domains.
Responsible for Design, build and program governance of enterprise-class security systems
Consulting and engineering in the development and design of security best practices and implementation of solid security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive reference architectures that serve as blueprints for the organization’s security infrastructure
Develop and implement AI-driven security solutions to identify and mitigate potential cyber threats in real-time
Develop and enforce security standards, frameworks, Standard operating procedures for overall business and technology strategy that include all legal, physical and technical controls involved in organization’s risk management ; Eg NIST, CIS etc
Expertise across variety of security products including Next Generation firewalls, SDWAN, Zero trust , SASE, Data security & protection, Cloud security solutions
Understanding on Security considerations of cloud computing, which include data breaches, broken authentication, hacking, account hijacking, malicious insiders, third parties, APTs, data loss and DoS attacks
Good working knowledge on Identity and access management (IAM) and best practices.
Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization
Prepare comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings and propositions for further system security enhancement
Maintains security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures; developing and conducting training programs
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization’s operations
Define the security control metrics for evaluating the efficiency of existing controls
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
Sound knowledge on cloud technologies like SaaS, IaaS and PaaS, experience in native and third party controls in AWS, GCP, OCI and Azure Cloud stack
Liaising with OEMs to get best practices and optimize security controls accordingly
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security team members
Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM etc. would be an added advantage
Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences. Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures
