Role: Sr. ServiceNow – Automation
Skills Required:
7+ Years of ServiceNow automation/orchestration/integration: JavaScript programming, REST/SOAP APIs, workflow, flow, service Catlog
Analyse business requirements for the purposes of constructing technical delivery specifications.
Designs, analyses, develops, reviews, tests, debugs, delivers, and supports software.
Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development which will include working in Agile frameworks.
Collaborates with fellow team members and keeps the team and other key stakeholders well informed of progress of application business features being developed.
Demonstrates an understanding of DevOps principles around Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Executes within a client centric environment while working with teams and contributors. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform involving both client and server-side scripting.
Good knowledge of ITOM modules, scripting languages C++, .NET , JavaScript, java and Databases: PL/SQL, Transact SQL (MS SQL), PostgreSQL and integration capabilities.
Design and implement ServiceNow module.
Mi server configuration and integration.
At least 5 years of experience in web development/standalone programming.
Server operating systems scripts and technologies: PowerShell, bash, SSH, WMI.
General knowledge about client-server architecture, cloud computing etc.
Soft competencies like communication skills, proactiveness, analytical skills etc.
