Technical Lead with demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with dedicated focus on SLI/SLO management, Incident management& someone who has a burning desire to learn quickly learn & with hands on skills into Google Cloud,Kubernets, Service delivery
Handson experience on GCP, Kubernetes & Application support in banking sector is must.
As a Lead TPM, the ideal & suitable candidate MUST work across wipro support teams to organize and accelerate delivery, understand the business strategy, and act as the first point of contact from Wipro to HDFC Ops team . The key responsibilities for this role include ensuring all BAU support queries from HDFC Ops are handled on priority, providing technical hands-on oversight to support teams, and being actively involved in technical issues for Mobile Banking
key responsibilities of Wipro TPM
Ensure all the BAU support queries from business/HDFC Ops are handled on priority and within agreed SLA and to ensure all application stability issues are well taken care off.
Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery by ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner, identifying, and removing blockers, and always finding the path forward in challenging situations
Provide technical hands-on oversight to several support teams and be actively involved in technical issues for Mobile Banking
Understand flow of call/data through the Mobile Banking infrastructure to assist in end-to-end support of the application and infrastructure landscape for Wipro support teams
Maintain pre-prod and production environments Environment-specific system operations and maintenance (O&M) documentation for system (SOP ,run books etc).
Build up technical subject matter expertise on the applications being supported including business flows, application architecture, and software/hardware configuration.
Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
Regularly reviewing support team KRA metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for team visibility to HDFC Ops Manager, ensuring that program stays aligned with HDFC objectives
Event monitoring and management via a 24×7 workbench that is both monitoring and regularly probing the service environment and acting on instruction of a run book.
Assist in the process for application code releases as well as tasks assigned to support to perform
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge on GCP
Application support experience on GCP
Handson experience on Kubernetes, ServiceNow, Jira, Dynatrace (Application monitoring tool)
