Responsibilities:
-Proactively assist in the development, implementation, management and evaluation of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the respective locations, from Managers to the Reviewers.
– Liaison and partner with identified internal and external stakeholders- such as business and operations teams as well as third-party vendors – to ensure the smooth execution of Wellbeing and Resilience programs.
– Maintain open, timely and effective communication and provide proactive feedback, which is critical to the success of these programs.
– Strong understanding of clinical aspects is required to assess the effectiveness of third-party vendors and partner with them closely to gather feedback and co-create innovative programs that meet ongoing needs.
-Demonstrate expertise in conducting group sessions and one- to one session when required
– Handle administration, documentation, reporting and presentation tasks for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
– A Graduate degree [ Master’s Level] in a clinical field, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of clinical experience, be familiar with assessments and clinical treatment strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices.
– An inherent interest in the area of mental health, resilience, coping skills and positive psychology.
– Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to co-create, coordinate, manage and evaluate programs in collaboration with different stakeholders.
-Be driven, proactive, detail-oriented, innovative in approach, and flexible, with a conscientious willingness to grow and take pride in contributions to the team.
-Have an understanding of evidence-based practices and experience with human-subject research. Being able to use a data-driven approach to demonstrate program impact within the framework of efficiency and effectiveness
