 Data governance role in HSBC – DAO program – GIG

As part of our EY-GDS D&A (Data and Analytics) team, we help our clients solve complex business challenges with the help of data and technology. We dive deep into data to extract the greatest value and discover opportunities in key business and functions like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Auto, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The opportunity

We’re looking for candidates with strong technology and data understanding in big data engineering space, having proven delivery capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing Data and Analytics team.

Candidates with strong business analysis, project management skills along with exposure to risk data governance. 

The roles are across POD leads and team members.

Skillset in brief:

              Minimum of 4 to 7 years of industry experience in Data governance.

Either strong business analysis / project management experience (for POD leads – candidates should have extensive experience in stakeholder management, summarising status to senior mgmt., ability to run working groups & steerco. )
Strong Experience in Data governance projects (aspects around data controls, data dictionary, lineage, data catalog etc.). Exposure to collibra platform (preferred not mandatory).
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead PODs
