Global Managed Service – Identity and access Management – Senior

The CA IDM Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in the management and enhancement of the CA Identity Manager (CA IDM) platform within the organization. This senior-level position involves leading the design and implementation of identity management solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the security and compliance of user identity processes.

 

Key Requirements / Responsibilities: 

Lead the administration of the CA IDM platform, overseeing user identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, updating, and de-provisioning of accounts.
Design and implement advanced identity management workflows, policies, and connectors to streamline IAM processes.
Serve as the technical expert for CA IDM, providing guidance and support to IT, HR, and security teams.
Conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues related to user account management, authentication, and authorization.
Drive the integration of new applications and systems into the CA IDM framework, ensuring compatibility and security.
Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM policies, procedures, and documentation to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
Lead regular system audits and access reviews to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts and end-users on CA IDM functionalities and best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends, CA IDM updates, and emerging technologies in IAM to recommend strategic improvements.
Support the upgrade, patching, and enhancement of CA IDM environments.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations.
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and IAM best practices.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders regarding identity management processes.
Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and security issues

 

Preferred Skills:

3-5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a strong emphasis on CA IDM or similar IAM platforms.
Expert knowledge of IAM principles, directory services, and access governance.
Proven experience in managing complex IAM projects and initiatives.
Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in IAM, CA IDM, or related technologies are highly desirable.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

 

Work Requirements:

Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
Willingness to work in shifts as required
