He/she will be leading Business Development charter to scale Payouts Channel for Amazon Pay Gift Card and Voucher business.
Key job responsibilities
He/she must be an effective communicator and negotiator working with our key partners and corporate customers. He/she should have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
As a mature Business Development manager, who is focused on driving sales and customer experiences for the gift cards category, you will be responsible for the following:
· Drive gift card sales through B2B2C/Gaming and Corporate Payouts channel viz. key corporate customers across Ecommerce/Online Services/Gaming and Fintech industries by interacting with CXO’s within these companies
·On-board new corporates for Amazon gift cards by providing solutions to their consumer promotion, loyalty, payouts and rewards use cases by successfully closing complex negotiations
· Own and cultivate the business relationship with the key partners and corporate customers with a long term vision to make the Amazon gift cards their top choice for aforementioned use cases
· Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics across partner platforms
· Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
– Strong in Data Analytics SQL and tableu
– Able to manage wider scoped complex projects/new product GTM implementation across various stakeholders spread across various business channels, Product, Program, Operations, etc
– Resource is able to influence without authority & do stakeholder management
– Able to manage defined frequency reviews with clear inputs and actionables & understand long & short term impact.
The ideal candidate will be numbers driven, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of driving B2B sales and relationship management. An understanding of, and passion for, e-commerce is highly desired.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of professional or military experience
– 2+ years of generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycle experience
– 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment
– Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programing experience
