Shift Hours: 5 pm to 2 am ( Monday to Friday)

Job Summary: Customer Service by Amazon is a paid program where Amazon takes care of customer service on your behalf for your self-fulfilled orders. We will direct customer inquiries to Amazon Customer Service so that you do not need to handle them yourself. Amazon Customer Service will answer any inquiries from your customers directly, 24/7, via phone, chat, or email. The CSBA sales account manager is responsible for recruiting and managing high-volume sellers (>$500K in sales) for the CSBA program.
Key responsibilities include:
• Recruiting and onboarding large/very large CSBA accounts
• Managing and supporting a portfolio of existing large CSBA
• Strategizing to regain attrited large CSBA accounts.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders product and marketing managers) to align on business goals, drive key initiatives, and resolve operational issues
• Coordinating with internal partner teams to provide a holistic and responsive service to CSBA sellers
• Interfacing with external partners (sellers’ C-suite) to present CSBA performance, gather feedback, and help expand the program.
• The person is expected to have Quarterly meetings with key sellers across US and Europe to build seller relationship, understand seller pain points and gather insights to better CSBA product, enabling better Seller experience.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in account management, relationship building, and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proven track record of driving business results and improving operational efficiency
This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management responsibilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
– Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
