Amazon has one of the largest & most trusted shipping networks in India (ATS). We want to extend the benefits of these shipping services to D2C brands and SMBs for their own business to help them serve their customers better & in turn grow their business.
This role will be responsible for account management of existing & new clients. It will also involve setting up best practices in the sales processes for this business. We are seeking a street-smart, result-oriented candidate with B2B sales and business development experience and preferably from the shipping & logistics industry. Candidate should be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities and changing landscapes. One should be collaborative, but equally data-driven and analytical. The individual should constantly strive to expand our understanding of the metrics and industry. The responsibility will comprise owning certain sales processes ranging from CRM adoption, shipper on-boarding, KYC compliance, agreement sign-offs etc. As some of these processes will be completely new, the incumbent would be required to brainstorm implementation & optimization issues. The role would require to act as a bridge between the Sales/AM teams & other internal teams to facilitate compliance to various processes driven by respective internal program teams.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Existing & New accounts for the business
• Track lead to closure on SFDC & push adoption & enhancement to promote a positive on-boarding and post-launch experience.
• Create training material in the form of a sales handbook for the team
• Create standard operating processes to ease sales operations.
• Act as a liaison between sales & program teams to coordinate launch of any new process or for troubleshooting any issue

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• More than 3 year of experience in B2B Sales or strategic account management
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi is a must. Additional language knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA preferred
• Experience working with e-commerce or logistics
• Deep understanding of the B2C transportation landscape in India with prior interactions with shippers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
– Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
