Our Celerity team is at the forefront of this mission, dedicated to securing customer communications, automating collections tasks, and gathering invaluable Amazon Customer insights.
As a TPM for the team, you will be the voice of the team, communicating its achievements and business impact. You will lead the reporting of project status to business and operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication. Additionally, you will spearhead cross-team, high-impact projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
Your role will be pivotal in managing the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives aimed at improving fast cash flow, identifying collections risks, and automating manual work. Through your leadership, the Celerity team will collaborate and drive innovation forward across FinAuto.

Key job responsibilities

– Be at the forefront of shaping industry-leading SDLC, CI/CD, and Security practices, setting benchmarks for an entire organization to follow.
– Create programs that drive operational excellence across 6 verticals of a large IT organization at Amazon.
– Partner with and learn from Amazon leaders to craft IT strategy and execute on it.
– Create program success metrics, track and report them.
– Earn trust and use it to drive change that improves deployment quality and software launch success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
– 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
– 3+ years of software development experience
– 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
– Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
– Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
