We are looking for talented Sr Program Manager for IN Marketplace to lead as a single threaded leader to drive seller success for newly launched sellers through SSR channel. You will be responsible to establish mechanisms to drive critical business metrics in collaboration with the wider team and partner/ stakeholder teams across IN business.

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr Program Manager, you will define and execute the strategy to enable early success for newly launched sellers. You will bring insights based on deeply analyzing past and current trends in a fast paced business environment. You will work closely with the wider team and partner teams to drive execution on the defined strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identify and analyze data on frequent basis to isolate issues, drive improvements, and prioritize competing program opportunities
* Set up performance mechanisms, track performance, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
* Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs and balance competing priorities across stakeholders
* Drive adoption of internal mechanism and seller-facing tools that drive long-term benefit
* Gain support for your strategy from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Master’s degree
– Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
– Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
– Excellent structuring and writing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– MBA from top tier universities
– Passionate about people and customers; you believe that a service can only be as good as its customers believe it to be
– Data driven with the proficiency to make the right decisions in a complex fast changing environment
– Experience in dealing with ambiguity and independently determining the charter of the area assigned
– Experience in a results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
– Experience with e-commerce, retail or process operations would be an advantage
– Exposure to data reporting tools like SQL
