As Vendor Support SR Ops, you will work under the leadership of the Sr. Project Manager (SR Operations APAC/MENA) within the GPO Social Responsibility team, closely with Amazon’s Social Responsibility team and the Global Procurement Organization to execute and support the mechanisms to meet Amazon’s human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards and to ensure our suppliers are compliant with those.
You will be responsible for execution and support of SR audits scheduling, WW Ops vendor outreach and audit remediation activities.

Key job responsibilities
– Execute the audits scheduling activities with Global Operations suppliers as per the Social Responsibility (SR) audit program while collaborating with GPO teams (such as Category, SPO), internal business partners (WWSR, Operations, Legal) and external partners (audit companies); this will involve sending communications and follow up with suppliers, escalate to supplier managers and other relevant stakeholders as per the process while ensuring daily reporting and the SR audit database is kept up to date
– Execute the process on managing suppliers rejecting audits by following the guidelines and framework validated by Legal teams
– Support the execution of activities required to prepare SR audits which will be conducted on Amazon site through regular communication and support to provide to local teams and stakeholders
– Review new and existing suppliers to ensure accuracy on contact information, such as Amazon supplier manager, supplier POC, supplier email address, supplier phone number
– Assist and support the audit remediation activities for suppliers identified with high-risk findings
– Handle day-to-day queries and issues (constantly thinking about how to invent and simplify to improve)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience with Excel
– Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
