The Audits & Insights – PM is responsible for driving short term and long-term strategic projects by closely coordinating with business leaders. The role will require quickly learning operations to grasp the big picture in order to develop metrics, strategies and processes. You will be working with a number of stakeholders including Operations, GPO, Product, Analytics teams to correlate business and operational outcomes, unlocking operational constraints and identifying opportunity to streamline the processes. This role requires high level strategic thinking, effective communication and deep-dive analytical problem solving.

– Collaborate with and influence the engineering, product management, operations and executive teams on individual projects, features and launches to track progress, milestones, issues and risks.
– Work primarily with Audits & Insights Operation team while collaborating cross-functionally with Investigations, GPO, Product, and Analytics teams on overlapping initiatives
– Own the generation and reporting of Insights from overall Audits process at Buyer Abuse
– Partner with Product/GPO to onboard new Audits and develop the reporting mechanism with actionable insights from the data
– Demonstrate deep analytical ability, and develop great expertise in Amazon’s proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data driven insights from our Audits to our partner teams.
– Communicate verbally and in writing to business customers with various levels of technical knowledge, educating them about our systems, as well as sharing insights and recommendations
– Provide analysis and insights to senior leadership in order to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions in an increasing diversity of areas

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– Master’s degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
