As a Performance Marketing / Website SME with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to seller acquisition & success on Amazon. The role will require creating engaging campaigns or web experiences to drive seller launches at scale & work towards un-blocking sellers on any issues they may face in the pre-registration funnel. The ideal candidate should possess ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across complex process and capability to influence sellers through SSR mechanisms. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Key job responsibilities
– Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate partnerships. This will involve creating compelling ad creatives, optimizing campaign performance, and continuously testing and refining approaches.

– Own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and ideation to creative development, media buying, and performance tracking.

– Leverage data-driven insights to identify high-potential seller segments and target them with personalized, conversion-driven marketing initiatives. This will require deep analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and campaign analytics.

– Continuously innovate and experiment with new performance marketing tactics and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results. This could include exploring emerging platforms, leveraging dynamic creative optimization, or implementing advanced attribution models.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of planning and executing successful performance marketing campaigns. A deep understanding of the seller ecosystem, coupled with a data-driven and agile approach, will be crucial for success in this role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– 3-4 years of experience in website building, UI/UX roles is preferred
– Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
– Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
– Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly in the local language
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
– Experience in Website management/CMS operations are preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Innovative and creative with Web technologies to build high performing websites and . Expert knowledge of JS & HTML is preferred
