DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of this role is to execute the playbook on seller registration including coordinating with well defined stakeholders, and other support functions under general supervision. This could involve tasks such as maintaining and/or fixing metadata, documentation, tables and basic SQL querying. The day to day job requires the individual to make judgment based decisions by following a standard operating procedure and perform Quality checks. The associate should have working knowledge of MS office to capture data on daily basis.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, flexible, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills, this Senior Associate will be able to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. There will be a need to quickly ramp-up with all in-house tools.

2. Meet business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, production, and quality targets
3. Maintain records of day- to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
– Experience with Excel (pivots, sumif, vlookup, index, match, graphs, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Basic knowledge of SQL
– Knowledge of Macros
– Prior experience as an associate
