IN Easy Ship Team is looking for Program Manager with strong customer obsession and ability to deliver on results. The ideal candidate would be exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus to solve problems. In this role, you will responsible for setting up mechanisms to improve customer and Selling Partner experience. You should be passionate for driving high impact engagements with Selling Partners through various existing models or develop new ones in an effective result-oriented approach. This program is of strategic importance for the team, and requires an ability to take a broad-based view and work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams. In parallel you will need to deeply understand how things work, take a data-based approach to evaluating options and make key decisions that will have a long-term impact on the success of the program. The role requires you to have strong people management skills, senior stakeholder relationship skills, and proven organizational abilities. You should be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, across functions, and are resourceful. You should have a proven record of accomplishment in taking on end-to-end problems, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should have the ability to run quick experiments and learn from both your successes and failures. You should not only be passionate about delivering, but obsessed with driving meaningful results that ultimately impact our customers.
Key job responsibilities
1. Have end-to-end responsibility of managing, building and enhancing Selling Partner Engagement
2. Establish and optimize processes for Engaging & Retaining Selling Partners by identifying training gaps and build and deliver training modules to drive retention.
3. Identify Requirements and Gaps in the existing Processes and Mediums to cover through Multiple Avenues
4. Establish Processes for Continued engagement with Selling Partners through Multiple Touchpoints
5. Build mechanisms within the team and with partners to guide program growth & improvements
6. Provide detailed inputs to the product team based on learnings – on planned and new capabilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
