Be data-driven, with high judgment: Last Mile Station technology delivers billions of packages every year and this means there is a lot of room for experimentation. We are still in early days of creating impact at scale. We’re looking for someone who is extremely analytical in their approach, and yet also able to use sound judgement to make smart decisions in the absence of data.

Be scrappy: We’re moving fast and learning and adapting along the way. We’re looking for people who are willing to dive in and solve a variety of problems and own the solution end-to-end.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
