In this role, you will be responsible for

Essential Functions:
1. Continuously improve throughput and attain sustained delivery performance improvement.
5. Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
6. Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.

2. Strong execution skills, action-oriented attitude.
3. Resourceful in identifying ways to accomplish tasks with limited resources.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations, providing solutions as needed.

Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor operations of the assigned tasks and suggest to deploy improvements
2. Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions
3. Foresee implications based on current data and trends
4. Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation, problem solve and recur prevention
5. Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy
6. Train & direct associates for action and conformance of norms & practices
7. Conduct ops checklist based on SOP

A day in the life
Daily activities will include –
1) Shift planning
2) Manpower deployment
3) Monitoring key metrics
4) Maintain decorum and address associate barriers on floor

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience
