The speed team is seeking an innovative and highly motivated product manager to reimagine the future of India’s business by amplifyng the convenience factor of speed.
Amazon Speed is on a mission to offer its customers the most convenient and rewarding delivery experience. We’re looking for an experienced Product leader who loves listening to customers, uncovering stated and unstated problems and finding the right product experiences to solve these problems. As the product leader for Amazon speed, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on strategy to scale how Amazon customer interact with and perceive speed in our Delivery experience.
A Product leader at Amazon is an entrepreneur. You will articulate compelling user stories, crisply define customer and product requirements, own the product roadmap, and refine specifications through the product lifecycle. You will work closely with design, engineering, and WW partner teams in an agile environment to launch products and scale them to tens of millions of customers. You will work with marketing, sales, business development, finance, and account management teams to drive the adoption of your product and further refine features and functionality basis live customer feedback.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent business acumen & vision, product & program management skills, and someone who can work in a highly ambiguous environment. You will bring a heightened sense of ownership, thought leadership and product building expertise to a fast-pace start-up environment, and you will be partnering with technology teams and stakeholders across Amazon to drive business outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
1. Establish deep connections with customers and leverage data to clearly articulate problems faced by our customers
2. Define the long-term product roadmap and what it would take to build a best-in-class Delivery CX.
3. Influence Category / Finance / Operations/ Prime on the roadmap/prioritization/experiments and success metrics.
4. Prioritize what to build in the next 3, 6, and 12 months, with a clear 3 year vision
5. Partner with Engineering teams to drive execution
6. Work with partner teams across Category, Operations and WW DEX to drive adoption of product launches
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience as a product manager or owner
– Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
– Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
– Master’s degree or equivalent
– Proficiency in SQL
