The incumbent will directly work on cultivating a strong brand identity for Amazon Shipping in India, and devising long- term engagement strategy with our customers. They will liaison with organizational marketing stakeholders to evangelize and drive GTM strategies for key product launches. They will set-up the customer insight vertical for India Shipping team, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for the brand.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who is a hands-on problem solver with exposure to performance or B2B marketing.
• You have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics in B2B context
• You have demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
• You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data
• You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner – particularly in written form
• You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
Key job responsibilities
1. Design and deliver brand campaign strategy from conception to launch, including insight identification, creative briefing, development, and delivery.
2. Collaborate cross functionally with sales, product and tech to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives. Work closely with Public Relations, Public Policy, and Legal to execute initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating any risks
3. Set up mechanism to track brand health indicators, and lead periodic deep dive that help influence brand strategy, with mechanisms to optimize performance and ROI.
4. Define and maintain brand identity including messaging, positioning, visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Oversee aspects of brand communication, including advertising, PR and digital activations to effectively reach and engage target audience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience with brand strategy
– Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
– Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement – including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
