As a member of Benchmarking and Pricing Insights, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing both Customer and Seller Experience by identifying blind spots and improving the overall shopping and selling journey on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
– Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon
– Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects
– Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems
– Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
